Shipping Policy

Immediately after your order has been processed we will send an email to the email address you have supplied confirming your order. This email will also include all the details of your order.

Your order will then be dispatched within two working days of your payment being cleared in our account. Once your parcel has been sent we will notify you via email that it is on its way.

If there is likely to be a delay in you receiving your order we will again notify you via email as to the reason/s for the delay and, if circumstances permit, advise you as to how long the delay might be.

Postage costs for orders are determined by the total weight and size of your parcel. At the bottom of your shopping cart summary, accurate postal costs will be displayed.

International Purchases and Shipping

If you live outside Australia and wish to purchase an item from the Fairies Toadstool's online store, please contact us via email and we will send you a freight quotation for your country of choice.

Delivery Policy

All orders within Australia will be sent through Australia Post and once dispatched will generally take 2 - 7 days depending on the location of the delivery. Matters outside our control may also influence delivery times.

The driver will need a signature at the time your order is being delivered. If however no one will be home to sign for the delivery, please indicate this on the order form at the store checkout and please also include instructions where to leave your order.

Of course we want you to be happy with the timing of the delivery of your purchase/s, so please don't forget to allow sufficient time for order processing and delivery.
